Training

We aim to make a concerted effort to offer employment in all Theatre industry positions.

We have taken some steps for the future as to how we will able to recruit untrained and raw talent among young Deaf people. We do not only offer training courses but also opportunities for apprenticeships with DRoots Theatre in order to gain experience and to work with a mentor in the arts.
